Research Interest:

Small cell lung carcinoma (SCLC) is an aggressive neuroendocrine malignancy characterized by early dissemination, most commonly to the liver, brain, bone, and adrenal glands. Gastrointestinal metastases are less common, involving predominantly the proximal gastrointestinal tract. Colonic involvement presenting as large bowel obstruction is exceedingly rare, particularly as the initial manifestation of disease.
